Important Tips, Care & Cleaning

TRYING YOUR DRESS ON AT HOME

We highly recommend that you try on your dress as soon as possible upon receipt. Prior to trying on your dress, please ensure that your hands and body are clean, free of makeup, cream/oils, and deodorant to avoid any stains. Please also ensure that you are trying your dress on a clean floor/carpet or lay a sheet down on the floor if possible to protect the bottom of the gown.

ALTERATIONS
When bringing your gown for alterations, we recommend bringing it to an expert tailor or seamstress who has experience with wedding gowns. If you do not already have a favourite tailor or seamstress, start your search ahead of time, referrals are always best.
CLEANING
All gowns, veils and accessories are dry clean only. Due to the delicate nature of the fabrics used, we highly recommend bringing your gown to a reputable cleaner that specializes in bridal gowns and preserving. Do not attempt to spot clean, emerge in water, or put in washing machine.
